HM300 FLX New from Focus
The Flexo’ units can be used for printing and the application of a wide variety of UV curable release coatings. The machine utilises the latest Rhino GEW UV system, Double sided Vetaphone corona treater and Proact web cleaner.
The coating module incorporates Valco Melton coating equipment, now standard issue on the full range of Elite Cameron Hot Melt Coaters. The head accurately applies stripes or full width, streak free coating of HM adhesives. The coat weight is monitored and displayed continuously on an NDC measurement system.
This totally integrated solution is controlled using a Schneider PLC, with servo drives for perfect registration and tension control throughout.
Focus Label Machinery DFLEX
Small Volume orders, variable data & Images can be easily handled with this digital label printing machine; the dFlex Ink jet system. 4 Colours plus white are possible with current production speeds of 20-70 Mts/min.
Ink Jet technology combined with a flexo print station and full options labels can now be printed, coated & converted in line with no fuss at the press of a button.

Focus presents its latest ’dPack’ digital press for small volume orders, variable data & images can be easily handled with this digital printing line. The dPack Ink jet system provides production speeds of 20-120 Mts/min.

Reflex Machine & Digital Finishing Equipment

d-TEX DIGITAL PRINTING SYSTEMS
The new d-Tex concept is the first equipment designed specifically for this application. The d-Tex is a practical industrial production level machine and an effective method of producing short run digitally printed garment & apparel labels based on proven technology developed over several years by Focus Label in our packaging & paper division.
The launch of the Focus d-Tex concept equipment coincides with emerging Inkjet single pass print technology which will deliver quality & industrial performance suitable all label manufacturers who want to capitalize on fast changing market habits for shorter runs, high quality and variable data applications.
10 labels or 100,000 labels, the d-Tex delivers effectively with a digital print solution, combining an entry level 2 colour (MK) or full colour (CMYK) inkjet system.
Typical running speeds of up to 30-60 mts/min are achievable with high end software that will handle small orders, variable data and high resolution graphics.
Focus Label Proflex SE
The latest Proflex range of modular printing press equipment are available with Servo drive technology (Se version) or line shaft (e Version). The new drop in Cylinders ensure fast set up and consistent quality throughout the press speed. We have a wide range of options for specialised production applications from unsupported films through to small cartons.

The e-Flex Platform provides a common base system for a new family of new Servo technology presses starting from the 330mm wide e-Flex 330-1.
