Rajive Jhaveri

Our key markets are flexographic inks typically used for wide and narrow web flexographic printing. Joined by his wife Nancy, they have combined a skilled team of personnel that are dedicated to provide products which are performance driven, innovative and ultimately provide customer satisfaction.

This is one of the very few independent ink manufacturers remaining. This company specializes in creating very vibrant colors and coatings. The ink from Apro typically has more pigment than regular inks.

Meta-Scratch

Meta-Scratch scratch-off ink is specifically formulated for printing scratch-off game inserts as well as lottery tickets. Key features include low environmental impact (no APE), providing leveling on UV release coats, and has excellent hiding capabilities when combined with opaque white or black inks.

Available in water-based and U.V. formulations!

Covert Specialty Ink

Opti Fluorescent products are water-based liquid pigment dispersions with a pronounced fluorescent effect. In normal daylight conditions “Opti Fluorescents” are virtually invisible on paper. However, upon exposure to UV-A light (optimal effect achieved at approx. 366 nm) the very distinct fluorescent color becomes visible (emission at approx. 533 nm).

Pearlescent Ink

Developed as a versatile pearlescent base for flexographic applications. “Arsepearl 123 – Pearlescent Base” allows printers the capabilities to use it as an over print coating, reverse print, trap over, or can be used to tint colorants to create desired effects.

Fluorescent Ink

AR-Series water base fluorescent. This unique system provides unique custom formulated colors for a variety of substrates. As needed, this system can be formulated to provide specific resistance properties.

Ink Additives

ADF0002- Micro Foam Plus Defoamer Additive- Highly effective formulation to address micro foaming, particularly for high speed printing processes.

•AXF0003- Ink Refresh Additive- Formulated to clean up dirty print and help lower ink viscosity.

MSLDV-1 Metallic Silver Letdown Varnish. Developed as a primary letdown varnish when formulating water-based flexographic metallic silver ink. A balanced formulation providing excellent press performance, low foaming and low gassing when combined with aluminum pigments.

Ink Cleaner

A perfect environmentally safe choice for replacing harsh solvents and toxic chemical cleaners. Works for both water-based and UV Flexographic Inks.

Gloss UV Overprint Varnish Ink Coatings

Gloss UV Overprint Varnish-formulated to be for Tag and Label printing. UXF0001 exhibits high gloss, clarity and has excellent rheology characteristics making it an ideal choice for most printing equipment and product applications.

Soft Feel Overprint Varnish-is a non-water containing UV curable matte coating recommended for use as a soft-touch tactile coating.

High Speed Ink

High Speed is formulated to run on wide web and narrow web flexographic presses that are capable of achieving press speeds up to 2000 fpm. These inks have excellent foam control for enclosed doctor-blade configuration and are extremely sheer stable. The High Speed Series of inks works best within the 2.0 BCM to 3.0 BCM range.

AquaEos Film Inks

AquaEos film inks are designed for printing on various film substrates. These inks are available in a range of strength levels to achieve the best results that suit your press configuration. AquaEos can be ordered for both, lamination applications or surface print application.

APPROTHERM Thermal Ink

ARPROTHERM thermal inks are designed for direct or indirect thermal printing applications. This thermal system provides high heat resistance and helps to eliminate pick off ink transfer to the print heads. This versatile ink system offers excellent color strength for a variety of label applications.
