This single stage2 roll DIGI-SONIC Ultrasonic Cleaning Station is manufactured from stainless steel grades 304L, and comprises as follows: –

Machine comes with sliding support arm for non driven side of anilox
The ultrasonic tank is driven by 3 bar transducers, bonded and mechanically fixed to the tank base, operating at a frequency of 30 KHz +/- 2 KHz. Each bar transducer comprises 4 piezo electric elements in a sandwich type configuration operating in a radial mode.
The transducers are driven by 1 x FMG 300 generator module, each delivering a total output of 300 watts. A frequency sweep is fitted for more uniform and intense cavitation. Autofollow is used to maintain power independent of temperature. The system is protected against overvoltage, overheating and mains-borne transients. The generator is mounted inside the tank body..
The tank is supported and acoustically isolated and coated with 1.5mm mild steel, powder coated .
