Glue Roll

NRK has expanded into the manufacturing of New and Reconditioned Anilox, Glue & Meter Rolls.  We have extended our operations with the addition of three new roll full service manufacturing facilities

to better serve our customers. NRK has added several additional trucks for pick-up and delivery for your plant.

NRK fully services all journals and bearing surfaces which are inspected and restored to OEM specifications.

NRK anilox rolls provide high performance color optimization for clean, crisp print. Our Laser Engraved Ceramic rolls consistently deliver repeatability for maximum production efficiency.

NRK Anilox Rolls are available in traditional 60 degree angle hexagonal or elongated cell geometry. Contact NRK for expert engraving advice

 AccuStarch Glue Rolls

NRK glue applicator rolls are manufactured with Welded Stainless Steel submerged arc weld.

Glue Metering Roll

Stainless Steel construction insures a durable, non-corrosive, long lasting metallurgical bond. NRK glue rolls are guaranteed against delamination or structural failure. Every roll is cylindrically ground using automated lathes to ensure accurate dimensional tolerances. NRK glue rolls are available in Engraved or Matte finish, Slotted or non-Slotted surfaces. Engravings are available in 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 or 50 Quad.

 AccuStarch Meter Rolls

Smooth Chrome, Sprayed Stainless Steel or Tungsten Carbide rolls are cylindrically ground for the best

possible TIR and Taper control. NRK meter rolls are machine finished to 20 RA to ensure the tightest possible

Gap Control which insures proper starch coverage while reducing starch waste. NRK matched glue-meter roll

NRK Extruded Rubber & Liquid System cast polyurethane rolls are high performance, abrasion and cut resistant.

Slotted Feed Roll

NRK rolls consistently outperform other rubber rolls for durability and extended roll life. Our rolls are precision ground with either a straight or crowned surface. NRK rolls are resistant to organic solvents, water and alcohol.

Polykote 1030:  Single Durometer  (30 Shore A)  Is a polyurethane compound specially formulated for Feed Roll applications. NRK rolls provide excellent board grip and superior abrasion resistance compared to conventional rubber roll compounds.

Dualkote 3065:  Dual Durometer  (65 Shore A outer & 30 Shore A inner)  Polyurethane feed rolls provide extended roll life, reduced board crush and eliminate board skewing. Ou rolls are specially formulated for flexographic converting.
